I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and had a terrible experience. The ventilation in my room ran all night, making sleep impossible, despite reporting the issue twice. When I finally requested a room change, the new room had a broken mattress with a big hole, leading to unbearable discomfort.

Room cleanliness could really use improvement. it was disappointing that rooms weren't cleaned daily unless requested!!! Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was unreliable in certain areas, making it challenging to stay connected!!!

We enjoyed a lovely stay for 4 nights in a spacious, beautifully decorated Biggy room. The staff went above and beyond, especially Irena at breakfast. The tram stop nearby made exploring easy, though the hotel is quieter away from the city bustle. Just a fun cafe and grocery across the street!

I had a fantastic stay, loved the cozy atmosphere, exceptional food, and the beautiful decor. I’d definitely pick this place again!

However, I did find the location to be slightly farther from the city center than I had hoped. It was manageable, but I would have preferred to be a bit closer to the main attractions.

Dining was a highlight, especially with delicious omelettes from the restaurant. However, the absence of a toilet brush in the bathroom felt like a miss, and while amenities were great, some minor features could use improvement.

My room was spacious by Amsterdam standards, incredibly clean, and featured an ultra-comfortable mattress that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were genuinely accommodating, assisting with my needs promptly and efficiently.
